Our patented process significantly increases the surface hardness of most materials used in centrifugal pumps. The extremely hard surface provides excellent resistance to erosive solids commonly encountered in many pumping environments. The newly boronized surface has a hardness of up to 90 Rockwell C, is very dense and provides excellent protection in corrosive environments.
