EndurAlloy is our patented "boronizing" process that controls the diffusion of boron molecules into the substrate of steel and steel alloys. By forming an alloy with the surface of the base metal, boronizing provides improved abrasion, erosion and corrosion resistance and increased hardiness with negligible growth to the part. EndurAlloy benefits include:

Our unique EndurAlloy process offers a number of significant advantages:
- Provides very high surface hardness; up to 90 Rockwell C
- Superior abrasion, erosion and corrosion resistance
- The majority of the new alloy is formed within the base metal; up to .020”
- Lower co-efficient of friction of finished parts
- Line of sight is not required, even for small and complex parts
